Our buildings are designed and manufactured right here in Central Pennsylvania and set up at the customer’s location. We use a post and beam frame and white pine board and batten siding for an old-fashioned look and functionality.

Currently, the barn keeps relatively warm even on the coldest day because of all the windows. On the second floor, I have a gas stove, which warms the area up beautifully – very cozy. There is no loss of heat – the barn is solid. We had a high water line in the back last week and the bard floor stayed dry. The cost was worth it! It took an incredible amount of pre-work before the barn could be erected – and expense. Custom floor, stamped concrete, looks like old barn board. This project was a significant success, thank you. It was well-organized and the teams were dedicated, hard-working people. Lloyd was simply amazing – after he left from the last trip I felt a loss as if I was losing a friend – he was kind, supportive, professional yet friendly, communicative, helpful, conscientious, a team builder and player, and an all-around amazing guy. Every stick of lumber was installed with tender care, accurately, and using only the highest quality materials available. I wished I could replace my house with something built with their talent – just truly an incredible crew – they are a hard act to follow. They outshined any contractor I have ever worked with!
